A member of our team will assist with initial clinic setup, data migration, and staff training on the platform.
Pilot clinics have direct input into the product roadmap. Feature requests from pilot users receive priority evaluation.
Pilot participants will be offered locked-in preferred pricing at general availability, reflecting their contribution to early product development.

Aimazing is a B2B SaaS product. Clinics access the platform through a web browser and subscribe on a per-clinic or per-seat basis. We do not provide custom development or consulting services.
Aimazing runs entirely on Amazon Web Services. Data is stored in Singapore (ap-southeast-1) by default. All patient images and records are encrypted at rest and in transit.
No. The entire platform is browser-based. Clinics access Aimazing using any modern web browser on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile — with no installation required.
The AI model identifies skin conditions based on visual features in clinical photographs. All AI outputs are presented as structured findings with confidence levels, intended to support — not replace — clinical judgement.
Patient data remains associated with the subscribing clinic. Aimazing does not use patient images or clinical data to train AI models without explicit consent. Data retention and deletion policies are configurable per clinic.
The initial pilot programme runs for 90 days. Clinics that complete the pilot receive feedback sessions and transition to a commercial subscription, with pilot pricing locked in for 12 months.
